The Opportunity

This is a full 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you will own the entire lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing the perfect candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end talent resourcing assignments
• Build strong relationships with clients across sectors and geographies
• Ensure high-quality candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement
• Uphold service excellence and reputation

Operational Oversight

• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening and briefing to salary negotiations and post-placement follow-ups.
• Monitor KPIs and impact metrics
• Ensure compliance and ethical standards

Brand & Impact

• Represent the organisation professionally in external forums
• Strengthen employer and service brand positioning
• Ensure alignment between commercial success and social mission
