The Opportunity
Are you a high-energy, results-driven professional with a passion for connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading companies? We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is a full 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you will own the entire lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing the perfect candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end talent resourcing assignments
- Build strong relationships with clients across sectors and geographies
- Ensure high-quality candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement
- Uphold service excellence and reputation
Operational Oversight
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening and briefing to salary negotiations and post-placement follow-ups.
- Monitor KPIs and impact metrics
- Ensure compliance and ethical standards
Brand & Impact
- Represent the organisation professionally in external forums
- Strengthen employer and service brand positioning
- Ensure alignment between commercial success and social mission
What Success Looks Like (First 12–18 Months)
- Growth in client portfolio and revenue
- Strong client credibility and repeat business
- Procedural alignment resulting in quality placements
- Actively identify and share opportunities that support the growth of our wider service portfolio
Required Skills
- Recruitment: 2 to 3 years
- Client Work: 2 to 3 years
- Sourcing Skills: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
- An experienced recruiter as an external consultant: 3-5 years. Please note, internal recruiters will not be considered for this role
- Skilled in client relationship management
- Values: driven and motivated by social impact
- Confident operating within a small, agile organisation
