Build your career in the manufacturing industry as a Production Administrator based in the Western Cape!

In this role, you will focus on accurate production reporting and performance analysis, supporting data capturing and reporting across production departments. Responsibilities include compiling daily production and downtime reports, analysing productivity, monitoring OEE metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also maintain Syspro data, assist with stock takes, prepare management reports, and support CNC administration, including cycle counts, job tracking, and general production administration.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed, you should have a minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Excel, Syspro, and both Afrikaans and English is essential. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure are key to thriving in this role.
