Key Responsibilities:
Technical Execution:
· Set up, operate, and dismantle technical equipment efficiently.
· Ensure all setups align with technical specifications and project plans.
Equipment Management:
· Prepare, test, and maintain equipment before and after use.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults promptly.
· Ensure correct handling, storage, and care of all equipment.
Event Delivery:
· Execute all technical requirements within set timelines.
· Support seamless event delivery and assist with client-facing interactions where required.
Compliance & Safety:
· Adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards.
· Ensure safe working practices and responsible use of equipment at all times.
General Duties:
· Perform additional tasks in line with operational needs and within the scope of the role.
· Represent the company through professional conduct, high-quality technical execution, and promotion.


Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Certificate in Technical Production, Audio, Lighting, AV, or a related field is advantageous.
· 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in technical events or production.
· Experience within the technical production, events, media, or IT industry.
· Strong technical skills in operating lighting, AV, and sound equipment.
· Knowledge and practical use of online platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
· Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
· Good understanding of technical event environments.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with operational systems (where applicable).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
Tegniese Uitvoering:
· Stel tegniese toerusting op, bedryf en slaan dit doeltreffend af.
· Verseker dat alle opstellings ooreenstem met tegniese spesifikasies en projekplanne.
Toerustingbestuur:
· Berei toerusting voor, toets en onderhou dit voor en ná gebruik.
· Identifiseer, spoor op en los tegniese foute vinnig op.
· Verseker korrekte hantering, berging en versorging van alle toerusting.
Geleentheidslewering:
· Voer alle tegniese vereistes binne vasgestelde tydlyne uit.
· Ondersteun naatlose geleentheidslewering en help met kliëntgerigte interaksies waar nodig.
Nakoming & Veiligheid:
· Hou by alle gesondheids-, veiligheids- en operasionele standaarde.
· Verseker veilige werkspraktyke en verantwoordelike gebruik van toerusting te alle tye.
Algemene Pligte:
· Voer addisionele take uit in lyn met operasionele behoeftes en binne die omvang van die rol.
· Verteenwoordig die maatskappy deur professionele gedrag, hoëgehalte tegniese uitvoering en bevordering.

Posvereistes:
· Diploma of Sertifikaat in Tegniese Produksie, Klank, Beligting, AV, of ’n verwante veld is voordelig.
· 2 – 5 jaar se praktiese ervaring in tegniese geleenthede of produksie.
· Ervaring binne die tegniese produksie-, geleenthede-, media- of IT-bedryf.
· Sterk tegniese vaardighede in die bediening van beligting-, AV- en klanktoerusting.
· Kennis en praktiese gebruik van aanlyn platforms soos Microsoft Teams en Zoom.
· Vermoë om tegniese tekeninge en planne akkuraat te interpreteer.
· Sterk foutopsporing- en probleemoplossingsvermoë.
· Goeie begrip van tegniese geleentheidsomgewings.
· Basiese vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Vertroudheid met operasionele stelsels (waar van toepassing).
· Sterk aandag aan detail en vermoë om onder druk te werk.
· Goeie kommunikasievaardighede en vermoë om effektief in ’n span te werk.
