A leading distributor of technologies such as Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control and IP Surveillance is seeking your expertise. They supply best of ICT products, providing strong after-sales service, technical support, internationally certified trainings, as well as finance solutions to their customers.

Job Description:

Would be required to communicate with customers in person, by phone or email and provide quotations in line with customers’ requirements.
Stay up to date with company's product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers.
Would be required to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities.
Would be responsible for the processing of orders for customers and ensuring it’s followed through to the point of completion.
Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
Experience in the IT/ICT industry is advantageous.
Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (Advantageous).

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory).
CompTIA N+ Required or other Networking related qualification.
Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma).
