- Reconcile and finalize monthly bonus payments for submission.
- Perform bank allocations and reconciliations
- Manage premium debtors.
- Perform reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
- Review month-end debit order tapes.
- Sign off debit order submissions.
- Prepare and submit journal entries to accurately disclose financial records.
- Generate and distribute commission statements
- Maintain the general ledger and reconciliation of the trial balance

Required Skills
- Financial Administration: 4 to 5 years
- Reconciliations: 4 to 5 years
- Debtor/Creditor: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting Degree completed.
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in a similar finance / administration role
- Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and numerical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general financial systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Advantageous
- Experience in the Insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of broker support processes
- Exposure to debit order platforms and collections environments
- Proven experience in managing reconciliations independently will be essential
