- Design and build front-end website pages, landing pages, and campaign pages.
- Update website content, layouts, and digital assets across web platforms or content management systems.

- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars across relevant platforms.
- Create, design, schedule, and publish branded content with both storytelling and commercial purpose.
- Produce campaign assets for launches, promotions, events, awards, and brand initiatives.
- Support content for agents, principals, offices, leadership, and company milestones.
- Monitor messages, comments, and reviews, and respond or escalate within agreed timelines.
- Plan, build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Design advert creatives, copy variations, and supporting media aligned to campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend changes to creative, targeting, spend, and messaging.
- Report on advert performance and support lead generation outcomes.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, internal communications, and brand storytelling.
- Create platform-ready video assets including reels, promotional edits, interviews, and event highlights.
- Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, and branding elements where needed.
- Adapt video content for different digital platforms and formats
- Write or coordinate captions, advert copy, email content, and supporting digital messaging.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, quality, and value proposition.
