Cavalli International, a young, dynamic fruit and logistics company based in Devonbosch, Stellenbosch, have been operating successfully for nearly two years. They work in partnership with In2Fruit and form part of the Green Marketing back-office grouping, alongside In2Fruit, Agri Farming Services, In2Stone, Epic Fruit, Chempac, and Green Marketing.
The business focuses primarily on the local market, as well as imports and, to a lesser extent, exports of grapes and stone fruit. Due to their lean, high-performing team structure, they require individuals who are hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support and back up the current operations team in a high-pressure, detail-driven role within the fruit industry.
Key Responsibilities will include: *Logistics & Stock Management: Manage and maintain accurate stock records on the Dipar system; Receive, allocate, and track stock efficiently; Oversee stock accuracy across multiple depots (Port Elizabeth, Durban, Johannesburg). *Operations & Coordination: Create loading points and manage dispatch processes; Coordinate outloads to cold rooms and buyers; Track and update loading and transport progress; Ensure smooth daily logistics operations across local and import flows. *Administration & Problem Solving: Prepare packing lists for buyers; Handle rejections and resolve logistical issues promptly; Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
in all processes.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in logistics (local logistics experience preferred);
• Minimum Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous but not essential;
• Experience working on Dipar (highly beneficial);
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accountability;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Resilient, disciplined, and able to perform in a demanding environment.
