24/7ai - Assistant Team Leader – Virtual Sales
The Role
Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales and team development? We're looking for an Assistant Team Leader – Inbound Sales to lead a dynamic team of agents in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. This is a hands – on leadership role for someone who doesn't just manage – they elevate.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Serve as the first point of contact for all agents and SMEs on the blended process team
▪ Run energising pre – shift meetings to align the team on daily goals and current objectives
▪ Communicate targets clearly on a daily, hourly, and monthly basis to frontline associates
▪ Audit individual agent performance against goals on an hourly basis to identify improvement opportunities
▪ Deliver constructive, meaningful feedback on agent skills and performance
▪ Review and audit passive and negative survey chats per agent daily (real – time)
▪ Communicate training and policy & procedure needs to the appropriate training teams
▪ Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets
▪ Handle escalations and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
▪ Manage attendance, adherence, and overall team productivity
▪ Conduct CSR screening interviews as required
▪ Collaborate cross – functionally with WFM, QA, and Operations teams
▪ Maintain a minimum 1:15 supervisor – to – agent ratio
Candidate Requirements
What you bring
▪ Minimum 3 years of call centre / sales experience
▪ At least 1 year in a Team Leader or leadership role
▪ Strong sales acumen and proven coaching ability
▪ Excellent communication and people management skills
▪ Ability to thrive in a fast – paced, target – driven environment
