We're looking for an Assistant Team Leader – Inbound Sales to lead a dynamic team of agents in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. This is a hand – on leadership role for someone who doesn't just manage – they elevate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the first point of contact for all agents and SMEs on the blended process teamRun energising pre – shift meetings to align the team on daily goals and current objectivesCommunicate targets clearly on a daily, hourly, and monthly basis to frontline associatesAudit individual agent performance against goals on an hourly basis to identify improvement opportunitiesDeliver constructive, meaningful feedback on agent skills and performanceReview and audit passive and negative survey chats per agent daily (real – time)Communicate training and policy & procedure needs to the appropriate training teamsDrive sales performance and consistently exceed targetsHandle escalations and ensure outstanding customer satisfactionManage attendance, adherence, and overall team productivityConduct CSR screening interviews as requiredCollaborate cross – functionally with WFM, QA, and Operations teamsMaintain a minimum 1:15 supervisor – to – agent ratio

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 3 years of call center / sales experience
• At least 1 year in a Team Leader or leadership role
• Strong sales acumen and proven coaching ability
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast – paced, target – driven environment
