Experience with large-scale kitchen operations and menu planning.
Knowledge of South African cuisine, game lodge cuisine, and international dishes.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, time management, and budgeting skills.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
