Job Purpose
To lead and manage the full Human Resources function across the group, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance with legislation, and the development of a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Lead talent acquisition, including executive-level recruitment and headhunting
Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
Drive organisational development and change management initiatives
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
Standardise HR policies and procedures across all business units
Manage and mentor HR team members

Candidate Requirements
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/managerial role
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
Proven leadership and strategic thinking ability
Experience in multi-site or group environments (advantageous)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems
Strong data management and reporting skills (Excel reporting, dashboards advantageous)
Ability to use digital recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals)
General IT literacy and ability to adapt to new systems
