We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Location: Pretoria

Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 per month (dependant on candidate's experience)

Availability: To start as soon as possible

Job Spec:

• To manage the full function of the company's Human Resources Portfolio
• Assist with implementing new HR systems, policies and procedures as required
• Carry out regular HR audits to ensure legal compliance i.t.o LRA, BCEA and all relevant employment laws
• Ensure the company's Employment Equity & Skills development compliance is aligned with business objectives - submit annual reports, conduct audits, facilitate forum meetings, prepare plans
• Create HR Reports as required
• Employee management - being first point of contact for employees on any HR-related enquiries
• Managing of the recruitment and selection process
• Mange and implement training programmes, employee wellness programmes and strategising employee development plans
• Benefits administration - medical aids/pension funds liaison
• Preparing and amending HR Documents where necessary, i.e. employment contracts 
• Assist with workforce planning
• Run performance evaluations
• Work in partnership with the payroll team to ensure smooth running of the monthly payroll process
• Industrial Relations Management - compile disciplinary warnings, conduct investigations, arrange disciplinary hearings, prosecute in disciplinary hearing cases, compile CCMA packs
