A branded retail store has a vacancy for a Store Manager in the Tyger Valley Branch.  The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties.

Oversee the daily operations of the Store.

Managing the sales team and enhancing Customer satisfaction.

Meet sales and profitability targets.

Inventory management.

Managing the day to day instore activities.

Work closely with the Regional Manager and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving Customer experience and driving sales.

Conduct weekly stock takes.

Visual Merchandising.

Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.

Store administration.

Performance management.

Staff training and mentoring.
