Main Responsibilities

Design of:

• Advertisements (print & digital)
• Social media posts and campaigns
• Promotional material (banners, brochures, POS material)

Management and coordination the Company's:

• Facebook & other social media platforms
• WhatsApp marketing material for dealers
• Ensure consistent application of the Company's brand identity (CI)
• Collaborate with internal team and dealers
• Basic video and image editing (preferred)
• Support with campaigns (e.g. Nampo, promotions, competitions)

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
• 2–3 years’ experience in graphic design and/or social media management

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of:

• Social media platforms and trends
• Digital marketing
• Good communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
• Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)
• Basic photography knowledge
• Experience in an agricultural environment
• Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and campaigns

Personality

• Creative, yet practical
• Able to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Salary Package (Guideline)

Depending on experience and skills:

Junior / Mid-level:

• R15,000 – R20,000 per month

Potential growth to full-time role:

• R20,000 – R25,000+ per month
