We are looking for an experienced Dealer Consultant to drive dealership acquisition and onboarding onto the Carstore platform. The ideal candidate understands the automotive market, dealer operations, vehicle pricing, and how to position a digital marketplace as a valuable sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new dealerships to join the Carstore digital platform

Present and position the Carstore platform as a value-added sales channel to dealers

Onboard dealerships efficiently, ensuring full understanding of the platform, processes, and tools

Provide ongoing support to onboarded dealers to optimise stock listings and performance

Advise dealers on competitive vehicle pricing strategies based on market trends, demand, mileage, and condition

Assist dealers with basic vehicle assessments and guidance on accurate valuations

Drive dealer engagement to increase stock visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates

Build and maintain strong, long-term dealer relationships

Meet and exceed monthly dealer acquisition and performance targets
