We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead our Steelpoort branch within a high-performance engineering and mining services environment. We work with leading OEM brands, including: Bosch, Deutz, Mercedes-Benz, Perkins, Cummins, BAE Systems, and others. Experience working with these brands will be a strong advantage.

• Engine remanufacturing


• Truck, bus, and heavy vehicle refurbishment and repairs


• Heavy and diesel fuel injection services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence


• Drive business development within the chrome and platinum mining sector


• Identify and implement training and development initiatives


• Manage projects within budget and agreed timelines


• Ensure optimal utilization of all resources, including technical teams and field service staff


• Maintain and grow key client relationships within mining operations


• Ensure on-site technicians effectively service key accounts


• Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve operational and service issues


• Support and drive technical sales performance


• Ensure all operations meet company standards, safety requirements, and KPIs
