Role Description
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Data & Analytics team at First Technology Digital. This full-time hybrid role with 2-days in office a week.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics engagements, ensuring work is planned, structured, and delivered against agreed scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
This is not a coordination role, the expectation is full ownership of delivery outcomes. The Delivery Manager works closely with Technical Leads within a POD structure and is accountable for client engagement, delivery governance, and commercial control of assigned projects.
Our solutions are primarily based on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
1.Delivery Management

• Own delivery across multiple engagements (projects, SLAs, assessments)
• Drive planning and track delivery against scope, timelines, and priorities
• Maintain clear visibility of project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all work is delivered against defined scope.

2.Client Engagement

• Act as the primary client contact for delivery-related matters
• Run status meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication
• Manage expectations and handle escalations in a structured manner

3.Commercial Ownership

• Track budgets, hours, and burn vs plan
• Ensure delivery remains commercially aligned and within scope
• Enforce change control where required

4.Governance & Process

• Ensure projects are set up correctly (planning, DevOps, documentation, resourcing)
• Maintain structured and consistent delivery across engagements
• Ensure documentation and handovers are completed and accessible
• Enforce delivery standards and ways of working

5.Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Technical Leads to ensure delivery and solution quality alignment
• Ensure the right work is done at the right level
• Provide clarity and direction to team members where required

Education & Experience

• 3 + years Experience in a Delivery Manager / Project Manager role within data, BI, or analytics environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients concurrently
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience
• Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments
• Exposure to Microsoft data technologies (Fabric, Power BI, Azure, SQL Server)
• Relevant certifications (advantageous)
