This role requires creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Qualifications & Experience

• Culinary degree or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior or Executive Chef, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Proven experience managing kitchen teams and large-scale food operations
• Knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, and procurement
