We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the full debtors, creditors, and accounting function for our business. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations with accuracy, ensure SARS compliance, and support smooth cash flow management. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with 2 days in our Germiston office and 3 days remote

Debtors and Creditors Management

• Handle all debtor and creditor communication and queries
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare statements
• Process remittances and bank account postings
• Actively chase credit and follow up on outstanding payments

Accounting and Compliance

• Process payroll and submit monthly SARS EMP201 returns
• Prepare and submit monthly SARS VAT returns
• Perform bank reconciliations and postings
• Process journals and maintain accurate general ledger records
