Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities include

• Operational Sourcing: Execute the full RFx lifecycle, including e-reverse auctions, vendor selection, and detailed cost breakdown assessments.
• Financial Management: Support CapEx and OpEx planning; maintain procurement budgets and generate monthly reports on spend and realized savings.
• Vendor Governance: Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle (registration, qualification, and performance monitoring) ensuring alignment with "Yello Book" / SCM compliance standards.
• Contracting & Legal: Prepare contracting templates and terms in collaboration with legal teams to ensure robust risk management.
• Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, maintain meticulous filing systems, and resolve operational escalations.
• Stakeholder Integration: Coordinate across global operating companies and group entities to streamline demand planning and procurement activitie

 

Requirements include

• Experience: 4–6 years in procurement category management, with at least 2 years of specialization (ideally within the financial or technology sectors).
• Education: 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.
• Regional Grasp: Experience working across global regions with an understanding of diverse infrastructure, social, and integrity challenges.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data management, spend analysis, and procurement software.
• Advantageous: Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) and specific knowledge of Fintech or Telecommunications.
