Recruiting Associate – Life Sciences (US Market) | Remote (South Africa)

This is not an admin role.
You will work directly on live recruiting searches for US-based life sciences companies—sourcing candidates, engaging them, and helping build real hiring pipelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Must work US Eastern Standard Hours
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or talent research (agency experience preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow
- Confident engaging candidates directly (written and verbal communication)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter: able to manage time, hit targets, and work independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools
- Availability to work US Eastern Time hours (required)
