Framesports is a rugby video analysis platform used by teams worldwide, from grassroots clubs to international unions. We turn match footage into detailed performance data, automated coaching insights, highlight reels, and social media content. We're growing rapidly with over 5,000 users and 2,000+ matches analysed to date.

We're looking for a 100% remote Full Stack Developer to join our small, fast-moving team and take ownership of features from idea through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and shipping new product features across our web platform
• Developing and maintaining third-party integrations (video platforms, messaging services, data feeds)
• Improving analysis dashboards and data visualisation tools used by coaches and analysts
• Building automated content pipelines for highlight reels, graphics, and match reports
• Working closely with the founder to scope, prioritise, and deliver product improvements
• Maintaining platform reliability and performance as we scale
• Contributing to technical decisions and architecture in a hands-on, autonomous role

This is not a ticket-taking role. You will have real input into what gets built and why.
