Well Established Recruitment Company in Pretoria is looking for a Recruitment Consultant. You will join our vibrant and spirited team, where the only thing we take more seriously than finding top-notch talent is having a good laugh! We're seeking someone with a knack for attracting exceptional candidates, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to bring a little humor to the table. Join us on this rollercoaster ride of recruitment, where the journey is filled with quirkiness, and a whole lot of personality!

Minimum requirements:

Source and attract candidates through various channels, from job boards to social media, while keeping an eye out for those hidden gems
Business Development and must not be shy to talk to strangers over the phone
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
A sense of humor that can brighten up even the dullest of office days (dad jokes and puns are highly encouraged).
Don’t need recruitment experience, full training will be provided
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and a sprinkle of lightheartedness
A contagious positive attitude
A team player mentality because we believe in supporting each other through the good times and the bad
