Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our New Vehicles department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team success
- Work closely with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
