Advance your career in the agriculture sector as a Farm Manager within a fruit production environment.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of an apple and pear farm producing export-quality fruit. You will manage permanent and seasonal teams, coordinate all core production activities, and ensure smooth operational execution across the farm. Key responsibilities include managing spray and fertilisation programmes, irrigation scheduling, pest and disease monitoring, orchard development, harvest coordination, and logistics with the packhouse. You will also oversee equipment maintenance, maintain production records, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fruit production, proven leadership ability, and solid technical knowledge of orchard management. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational functions are essential. Experience working with diverse teams is advantageous.
