Our client, Cederberg Farming based in Trawal, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee operations on their Table Grape farm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific farm unit, and will play a vital role in pack station management during the harvest and export season. This role requires close collaboration with another Production Manager, under the supervision of Upper Management.

The successful candidate will lead all Table Grape farming operations within the Unit to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include: *Developing and executing operational plans aligned with senior management *Building, mentoring, and retaining high?performing teams while sustaining a safe, positive work culture *Monitoring, controlling, and accurately reporting key operational metrics *Establishing and managing reference trials and test plots to drive continuous improvement and innovation and proactively researching and analyzing KPIs, applying entrepreneurial insight to enhance performance and profitability *A detailed scope of duties, deliverables, and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process with shortlisted candidates only.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Production or related field;

• At least 5 years’ experience in a production role;

• Proven experience in fertilization, crop protection, irrigation, Table Grape vine management, and effective crop rotation practices;

• Must be a strong and adaptable manager who combines traditional farming expertise with modern agricultural developments;

• Strong computer skills (MS Office);
