Our client, Cederberg Farming based in Trawal, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to aid in operations at their Table Grape farm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding the upper management with recording keeping and compliance assistance. This role requires close collaboration with both the Logistics Manager and Financial Manager.

Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Track labour and job costing: Update daily operational records. *Control inventory: Monitor usage, reconcile stock, and update reports; Capture pest monitoring data and maintain complete, traceable registers. *Support export logistics: Update pallet balances, loadouts, and dispatch documentation; Capture and reconcile intake data across databases; Ensure records are current and audit ready; Assist with compliance by preparing documentation and supporting farm audits. *Process supplier invoices: capture, match to POs/GRNs, and route approvals. *Provide general administration: Document control, filing, report preparation, scheduling, and other ad hoc tasks; Support team coordination, maintain confidentiality, uphold accuracy standards, and meet deadlines consistently.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required. Relevant post matric qualification advantageous;

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role relating to an exports, logistics or sales and procurement environment;

• Relevant knowledge of SIZA and GlobalGAP will be advantageous;

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel) - knowledge of XERO will be advantageous;

• Own reliable transport.
