Job Description
We are a specialist alternative investment firm focused on partnering with introducers (brokers) and their clients to protect and grow wealth in an environment of volatility, inflation, and political uncertainty. The firm provides structured, compliant access to insured, fixed-return alternative investments in GBP, USD, and EUR, delivering predictable income and capital protection.
We are seeking a senior, commercially driven Investment Broker Consultant to recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of investment introducers and broker partners in South Africa. This role also includes providing management support in onboarding and training introducers.
The successful candidate will drive distribution growth by targeting brokers and introducers with access to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Mass Affluent investors seeking stable, hard-currency income solutions.
The consultant will represent Litigation Funding Notes (LFNs) — insured, fixed-term alternative investments offering predictable returns (typically 10–16% per annum), structured in GBP, USD, and EUR, and designed to reduce downside risk through insurance-backed capital protection. These solutions are positioned as a core component of retirement income and generational wealth planning.
Full product training, including positioning, client suitability, compliance processes, and sales enablement tools, will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage a network of introducers and broker partners
Build and maintain relationships with brokers who have access to HNW and Mass Affluent clients
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new introducers
Provide ongoing support to introducers, including presentations, joint client calls, and closing assistance
Engage with partners through face-to-face meetings and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Drive consistent referral inflows and recurring business
Ensure all distribution activities align with compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal onboarding, operations, and support teams

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsProven experience in investment brokerage, wealth management, or financial distribution
Strong Johannesburg-based network (with national reach preferred)
Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a sales or introducer network
Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with clients and brokers
Experience with alternative investments, structured products, or similar financial solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach
Own transport and a suitable home office setup
Highly Desirable:
Existing network of introducers or brokers
Experience selling offshore or hard-currency investment solutions
Understanding of retirement planning and income structuring
