Employer: Regal Distributors SA (Pty) Ltd
- Assist and coordinate incoming requests that are administrative related (i.e. Sales requesting a presentation, electronic artwork previously done, etc.)
- Order material for the marketing department (paper, labels, cartridges, etc.)
- Responsible for catalogues, frames, posters & brochure stock control and tidiness of the store room.
- Responsible for the distribution, receiving and monitoring of all promotional items and their condition (banners, flags, gazebos, etc.)
- Help set-up branding at company events and assist Product Managers with branch open days.
- Take photos of new employees and company events.
- Maintain the photo library on the server by double checking and uploading product photos with the correct part number.
- Print stickers for warehouse.
- Take quotations/orders to the accounts department.
- Capture, update and upload the customer database.
- Monthly Google reports send to Marketing Manager and Branch Director
- Monthly Promo Item report send to Marketing Manager
- Monthly Marketing expense report sent to Marketing Manager
Candidate Requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse team
· Creativity and attention to detail to design engaging and memorable events.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Relevant tertiary degree or diploma in marketing, communications or similar.
- At least 5 years’ experience in event management and/or marketing.
