Boilermaker – Northern Suburbs, Cape TownManufacturing | Fabrication & EngineeringPermanent | On-site Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their production team. This role focuses on fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal components and structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fabrication, assembly, and welding of metal components
Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Conduct cutting, shaping, and fitting of materials
Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work closely with production and engineering teams
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

Qualified Boilermaker (Trade Tested / Red Seal preferred)
Proven experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in welding and metal fabrication
Good understanding of health and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is suited to a hands-on artisan with strong technical skills and attention to detail, who takes pride in delivering high-quality fabrication work.
