Junior Administrator: GeorgeOur client in the automotive industry is on a recruitment drive for a dynamic, self-driven young candidate to join their administration team.Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Capturing job cards (details of vehicles, damage, and customer info)Filing and organizing paperwork (repair orders, invoices, insurance docs)Data entry into workshop management systemsAnswering phones and responding to emailsGreeting customers and booking in vehicles for assessment or repairExplaining basic repair processes or timelines (usually guided by senior staff)Providing updates on repair progressHandling basic complaints or directing them to supervisorsAssisting with insurance claims paperwork (very common in SA panel shops)Uploading photos and documents for assessorsFollowing up on approvals from insurers like OUTsurance or SantamKeeping records of claim statusesPreparing quotes (under supervision)Generating invoicesProcessing payments or capturing them in the systemPetty cash handling (sometimes)

Qualifications:

Matric or NQF4 Equivalent
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Certificate / Diploma in Administration
