Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Control: Accurately receive and record all equipment, ensure correct documentation, serial tracking, and proper stock segregation. Flag any discrepancies immediately.
• Outbound & Exports: Pick, pack, and dispatch stock according to instructions. Ensure all shipments meet client, QC, and export requirements with full traceability. Prevent unauthorized releases.
• Testing Coordination: Manage movement of equipment for testing. Track status (pending, passed, failed, repair/recycle) and ensure no items skip required processes.
• Recycling Management: Oversee disassembly and classification of non-redeployable equipment. Maintain accurate system and document control.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory. Perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and enforce location and labelling standards.
• Operations Execution: Turn weekly plans into daily actions, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met. Flag any constraints.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all stock movements are documented and audit-ready across exports, projects, refurbished stock, and recycling.
• Staff Supervision: Manage warehouse staff, enforce handling standards, and maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined work environment.
