- 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, stock control, or procurement (hospitality experience preferred)
- Experience in lodges, hotels, or remote properties is advantageous
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Computer literacy (MS Office, stock systems, or ERP systems)
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
- Experience with stock management systems (e.g., Pilot, Materials Control, or similar)
- Knowledge of South African health & safety regulations
- Based on-site at hotel/lodge/resort (may include remote locations)
- May involve physical work (lifting, moving stock)
- Fast-paced, operational environment
