Our client, a leading player in the agriculture sector, is seeking a highly skilled Farm Manager to oversee operations at their orchards near George. The farm comprises 110 hectares of apples and 10 hectares of pears, with apple production as the primary focus.

Required Skills
- Leadership + Management: 5 to 6 years
- Technical Proficiency: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in pome fruit cultivation, with emphasis on apples.
- Proven expertise in managing 100+ hectares, including varieties such as Pink Lady, Royal Gala, and Fuji.
- Pear experience advantageous, but apple expertise is essential.
- Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Grade 12 required; a relevant agricultural qualification will be an advantage.

- Open to considering a husband-and-wife team.
