Regent Imports requires an experienced, dedicated dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow and support their sub‑distribution customer network.
Key responsibilites but not limited to:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of new and existing sub‑distribution customers.
- Analyse customer purchasing behaviour and monitor industry sales trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service to support retention and reduce churn.
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies and customer call plans.
- Actively source new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular visits.
- Maintain accurate customer databases including locations, business fields, and call plans.
- Complete all administrative duties related to sales activities.
- Report progress, performance, and insights to management regularly.
- Provide input on promotional materials, marketing method and communication strategies.
- Advise management on pricing points and product positioning in the market.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and customer request patterns.

Candidate Requirements
- Professional, presentable and well spoken
