We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial advisory practice, where you’ll work closely with a Personal Assistant and gain valuable exposure to the financial planning industry. Candidate Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the practice by:

Assisting with client administration and onboarding processes
Preparing and organizing client documentation and files
Following up on outstanding information and keeping records up to date
Supporting application submissions and tracking progress
Coordinating appointments, confirmations, and reminders
Assisting with general office administration and team support

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
A strong communicator with a positive attitude
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

Previous admin experience (advantageous but not essential)
Exposure to financial services (beneficial)
Matric (essential), further studies (advantageous)
