- Manage and nurture relationships with existing attorney clients

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our bridging finance team at www.webridge.co.za. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships with legal professionals (attorneys), driving new business acquisition, and managing an existing portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will spend significant time engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and positioning our finance solutions as a trusted offering within the legal sector. This is a hybrid role – 40% office-based and 60% at client meetings.

- Account Management: 3 to 4 years
- Relationship Management: 3 to 4 years
- Sales Agent: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel as needed and spend time on the road to get to clients
- Multilingual (advantageous, especially in English + at least one additional South African language)
- Based in or willing to travel to Centurion for office days with the rest of the team
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Background in general finance, legal, or bridging finance (highly advantageous)
- Experience dealing with attorneys or professional services clients is beneficial
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Professional, credible, and confident in client-facing environments
