Job Title: Manager: Parts (UD Commercial and Isuzu Commercial)

Dealership: Motus UD Bloemfontein

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager: Parts for UD Commercial and Isuzu Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the parts commercial business for UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles, ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability for UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure timely availability of parts
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to parts sales and profitability
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to optimize overall commercial vehicle operations
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in commercial vehicle parts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a parts management role for commercial vehicles
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle parts sales and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Familiarity with UD and Isuzu commercial vehicles is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
