This position involves leading and managing a regional sales team within the FMCG retail sector, while driving revenue growth and strengthening key customer relationships. You will execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities across wholesale and retail channels. The role includes overseeing team performance, setting targets, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. In addition, you will ensure alignment with internal processes, support efficient order fulfilment, and provide accurate sales reporting through effective use of CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role and exposure to the FMCG retail industry. You should demonstrate strong leadership and team management ability, with proven sales and negotiation skills. The ability to analyse performance, build client relationships, and identify growth opportunities is essential. A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle are required, with willingness to travel within the region.
