This position involves overseeing financial and management accounting functions to support operational performance and strategic decision-making. You will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including operational and CAPEX planning, and ensure accurate and timeous financial reporting. The role includes overseeing month-end processes, analysing performance against budgets, and supporting cost control across operations and projects. You will collaborate with senior management to drive efficiency improvements, while ensuring strong internal controls and data accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you should have a BCom, and registered as a CA(SA) and/or registered with ACMA, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Strong financial and analytical skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of business processes and cost management. The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure is essential, supported by a professional, confident, and results-driven approach.
