In this role your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and controlled warehouse operations, maintaining strong inventory governance, and supporting production supply through effective stock oversight. You will monitor raw material levels, coordinate logistics, and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders. You will oversee warehouse accuracy through system and physical stock alignment, maintain MRP integrity through regular stock reviews, and ensure proper categorisation and recording of all materials in line with NCR, MAR, and SOP requirements. In addition, you will support warehouse operations by supervising staff, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with storage and inspection protocols. You will also liaise with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and efficient resolution of operational issues.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, supported by a BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics. A strong understanding of stock control principles, cycle counting, and ERP/MRP systems is essential. Experience in supervising staff and coordinating warehouse operations is required. The ideal candidate will be confident in enforcing SOPs, compliance standards, and safety procedures, with the ability to manage multiple warehouse functions in a structured and disciplined environment. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills are essential, along with a hands-on, accountable, and well-organised approach to succeed in this role.
