In this role your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end procurement administration and ensuring accurate, timeous processing of all related documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs, while ensuring full compliance and accurate record-keeping. The role includes overseeing creditor payment preparation, managing supplier queries, processing supplier orders, and assisting with stock code creation. You will also support reporting tasks such as time and attendance, incident reporting, and monthly payroll-related deductions, ensuring all administrative processes are completed within set deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role, supported by a relevant Diploma in Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans are required. The ideal candidate must be highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative control, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
