The Sales Branch Manager will oversee the Germiston Head Office's sales operations, focusing on driving sales growth across MRO, key customer, and reseller channels. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, managing key account managers, and achieving sales and margin targets. Additionally, the manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and fostering the development and performance of the sales team.

• Lead and develop the internal sales team and Key Account Managers

• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business

• Build strong, professional relationships with key customers

• Drive customer retention and revenue growth

• Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasts
