A well established international, exclusive fashion retail store has a vacancy for a Seamstress / Tailor for their branch in Canal Walk, Cape Town.

The success Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Garment alterations, reconstruction, styling and fabrication.

Work on a straight machine, hem roll machine, blind stitch machine and overlocker.

Reponsible for beadwork, bridal attire, mens suits.

Ability to make use of a tape measure.

Complete a bodice from scratch.

Matric.

A tertiary qualification within fashion will be an advantage.

Well groomed with excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Familiar with industrial machines.

Creative and detail orientated.

Strong sewing skills.

Ability to work flexible hours.
