Job Description
Avert IT Distribution is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing partner relationships, and achieving sales targets within the IT software distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities
Source new leads and convert them into active partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain a structured client call cycle and consistent follow-ups
Prepare and submit quotes accurately and within deadlines
Identify opportunities to grow revenue within the existing client base
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations where required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (B2B or IT preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s licence
