We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process by liaising with external recruitment agencies and ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing agency relationships, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate job briefs and vacancy requirements with recruitment partners.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Ensure recruitment agencies adhere to company hiring procedures and standards.
- Assist hiring managers with recruitment administration and documentation.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition.
- Experience working with external recruitment agencies is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
