Southern Fruit Growers, based in Somerset West, currently has the above position for an analytical and detail-oriented team player with strong financial and administrative skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Processing and posting of receipts against debtors on a weekly basis *Handling of sales invoices (citrus and grapes), including shipper invoices *Capturing and updating citrus pricing as per purchase orders *Preparing and distributing reports on outstanding prices *Capturing and processing all ZAR creditors *Preparing cost per carton reports from iRoot *Processing GoReefers cost entries via EDI’s *Preparing reconciled creditors lists in line with statements and iRoot *Assisting with monthly general ledger tasks *Managing packaging material orders and related Xero bookkeeping *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• BCom Accounting degree or similar qualification;

• Recently completed, or in process of completing, SAICA or SAIPA articles;

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel;

• Experience working on Xero;

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);

• Own reliable transport.
