Candidate Requirements

Qualification:

·       2 year working experience in a similar position in Accounting/Auditing  

·       Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

·       Own transport

·       Computer literate on MS Office and Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll

Key performance areas:

·       Accurate data capturing i.e. invoices, bank statements, etc. on Pastel Accounting

·       Reconciliations i.e. bank, debtors, creditors, etc.

·       Client Books

·       Statutory tax submissions i.e. VAT, PAYE, etc. via Efiling/Easyfile

·       Handling of customer queries

·       Journal processing i.e. income statement and balance sheet

·       Process accounting records to Trial Balance

·       Monthly Payroll function on Pastel Payroll for clients

·       Other financial duties as may be instructed from time to time

·       CIPC (Advantage)
