Employer: Dante Group (Pty) Ltd

Credit Administrator (contract for 4 months) needed in Boksburg with my client in the construction industry

Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a diploma or certificate in finance/accounting is advantageous
2–5 years of experience in a creditors/accounts payable role.
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Intermediate/Advanced Excel) and accounting packages like Sage, Pastel, or Xero
Reconciliations: Reconciling vendor statements with the accounting system, ensuring balances are correct
Query Resolution: Handling supplier queries, following up on missing invoices/statements, and resolving discrepancies
Full Creditors Function: Processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and managing payment cycles
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Understanding of VAT legislation
Ability to work with multiple companies within a group
Own reliable transport and valid license
Start date 20 April
