About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join a dynamic team within the insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate information, efficient service, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:

  Customer Service
  
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to both potential and existing clients regarding policy covers, terms, and conditions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional engagement
  • Ensure adherence to company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  Portfolio Management
  
  • Liaise with Brokers, Insurers, and Suppliers
  • Process quotes, new business, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintain accurate records, manage files, and oversee correspondence and diary systems
  Insurance & Underwriting Support
  
  • Review and assess insurance products and proposals
  • Conduct risk assessments using statistical and actuarial data
  • Determine competitive premiums and negotiate terms with Brokers and Insurers
  • Apply appropriate conditions to policies
  • Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions

Financial Administration

• Manage credit control across client portfolios
• Support the growth of administration fee income

Minimum Requirements:

• FAIS Compliant (relevant qualification and RE Exam completed)
• Class of Business Training (where applicable)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the insurance industry

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in paperless/workflow systems
